MCAC wasn’t born in an office. It was born on the side of a road, next to a loaded truck, after 10 years of seeing how moving really works.

The story

I carried the boxes before I coded the platform.

My name is Zak. For 10 years, I lived moving from the inside. I loaded trucks, recruited drivers, and dealt with customers who couldn’t understand why it cost so much — or why renting a truck yourself was such a nightmare.

I saw families pay 3,000 € to a moving company for a Paris–Lyon move. I saw people drive a 20 m³ for 8 hours without the right licence, exhausted and stressed. And I thought: there has to be a middle ground.

“The problem wasn’t the move. It was that no one had built a simple, honest service for people who just want to move their life from A to B without going broke.”

So I built it.

Two options. Neither was good.

Before MCAC, when you moved long-distance, you had two choices. Both had problems.

Rent a truck yourself

Driving a 20 m³ for 8 hours with no experience, tiredness, stress, route costs, accident risk. And in the end it still costs 950 € (600 km, or unlimited km for 24h).

Pay a traditional moving company

2,000 to 4,000 € for the same distance. You pay for extra hands to load/unload, when you could do it yourself.
