MCAC is not a transport company. Partner drivers operate under their own transport licence and hold their own professional liability insurance.
All content on the mcac.app website — text, images, logos, graphics, icons, videos, structure and layout — is the exclusive property of DIGITAL PARTNERS EUROPE or used under licence.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the site’s content, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of DIGITAL PARTNERS EUROPE.
As part of using the Site, DIGITAL PARTNERS EUROPE collects and processes personal data about you, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
